 Our Services

We provide professional pool cleaning, repair, and maintenance services. First, we assess your pool’s condition during an initial visit. Then we recommend appropriate services based on our findings. Consequently,y you receive only what your pool truly needs. We do not perform unauthorized work without your approval. Therefore, you control which services we complete.

Our services include chemical analysis, filter cleaning, and leak detection. Similarly,y we offer saltwater conversions, pool resurfacing, and acid washing. Additionally, we provide weekly maintenance packages and emergency repairs. Each service follows our professional step-by-step process. Finally, we guarantee our artistry for a specified period.

Booking and Scheduling

You may book our services online, by phone, or via email. First, provide your name, address, and pool details accurately. Then select a preferred date and time for your appointment. Consequently,y we will confirm your booking within 24 hours. Moreover, we will send a reminder message one day before your visit. Therefore, you never miss a scheduled appointment unexpectedly.

We arrive within the scheduled window whenever possible. Similarly, we will call you if any delay occurs. Additionally, you must provide access to your pool area. Please unlock gates and clear obstacles before our arrival. Finally,y we may need to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. First, st we provide a fixed quote before starting any work. Then we request payment upon completion of services. Consequently,y you pay only after you see the results. Moreover, we do not charge hidden fees or surprise extras. Therefore,e you can trust our pricing completely.

For recurring maintenance packages, we bill monthly. Similarly, why do we send an invoice by email before charging your card? Additionally, l y you may cancel any package with 7 days’ written notice. Late payments may incur a small processing fee. Finally, we reserve the right to pause services for unpaid balances.

 Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel any scheduled service without charge. First, notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We will then cancel your booking immediately. Consequently, you pay nothing for that canceled visit. Moreover, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 fee. Therefore, please call us as soon as your plans change.

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Similarly, we will redo any unsatisfactory work at no cost. Additionally, we provide credits for future services instead of cash refunds. For unused prepaid packages, we refund the remaining balance. Finally, all refund decisions are made fairly and promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

You must provide safe access to your pool equipment. First, unlock all gates, doors, or enclosure locks. Then secure any pets in a separate area. Consequently, your team can work efficiently and safely. Moreover,r you should inform us of any known hazards. Therefore, we avoid accidents or damage to your property.

You must maintain minimum water levels for cleaning. Similarly, you should remove large debris before our arrival. Additionally,y you must disclose any prior pool problems. Failure to do so may void our service guarantees. Finally, you are responsible for your own safety during our work.

 Service Guarantees

We guarantee our artistry for 30 days after service. First,t if a problem returns, we will fix it for free. Then contact us within the guarantee period with details. Consequently, we schedule a return visit promptly. Moreover, the guarantee covers only our original scope of work. Therefore, new or unrelated issues require separate service.

Our guarantees do not cover pre-existing conditions. Similarly, they do not cover damage caused by neglect. Additionally,y they do not cover acts of nature or accidents. We provide written guarantee terms with each service. Finally, why do we honor all guarantees fairly and without argument?.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage. First, we document existing conditions before starting work. Then we share those photos or notes with you. We are not liable for damage caused by third parties. Similarly, we are not liable for accidents on your property. Additionally, we are not liable for equipment failures beyond our control. Equipment and Property Access

Our team uses professional pool cleaning equipment. First, we bring all necessary tools and chemicals. Then we connect our equipment to your pool system. Consequently, we always treat your property with care. Moreover, we report any pre-existing damage before starting. Therefore, you never worry about false damage claims.

We are not responsible for damage to old or fragile equipment. Similarly, we are not responsible for unmarked underground lines. Additionally, you should mark any sprinkler or electrical lines. Our team will work around your landscaping carefully. Finally, we cleared all the debris before leaving.

 Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency pool repair services. First, call our emergency line for urgent problems. Then we dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. Consequently respons, responses vary based on your location. Moreover, emergency services cost more than regular appointments. Therefore,  we can explain the emergency rate early before dispatching.

Emergency services include sudden leaks and pump failures. Similarly, they include filter bursts and heater breakdowns. Additionally, we respond to algae blooms and water loss. Non-urgent patients should wait for regular scheduling. Finally, we prioritize true emergencies above routine calls.

 Intellectual Property
